Yes, it's blocking. I've already implemented and opened a components PR (#[21537](https://github.com/PipedreamHQ/pipedream/pull/21537)), but it can't be reviewed or tested until the base postcards app integration (app slug + API key auth config) is in place. There's no self-serve way to register the app, so I need the base integration created first.

No triggers — the API has no webhook/event surface, so polling would be the only option

Start with the Postcards API getting-started documentation and inspect components PR #21537, which already contains the requested actions. The base integration is done when the Postcards app slug and API-key authentication configuration are available so that PR can be reviewed and tested.
