### Summary:
the connection with trakt was disabled after connection errors persisted over 5 days
### Details:
attempting to reconnect trakt failed several times using different browsers. each time i clicked 'connect' a connection was made to the trakt.tv API resulting in an error stating: `invalid_client`: `client_id is required`.
in an attempt to start 'fresh' i removed the existing (red dot'd) trakt connection and attempted to restart the connect app workflow fresh. however after selecting trakt as the app to connect to, selecting my environment and clicking connect, i was again greeted by the error page. i've attached a screenshot of the error page to this request.
i then chatted with the ai assistant, shared similar details with it and it suggested opening a support request (which i believe i did from that page). however i then received an email telling me to come to this page to open a support request, so here we are ;)
