connection issues with machine

hello, I have been trying to use the integration of shopify with https://themachine.myapps.ai/ and having issues. I have reached out to them but in short i'm reaching out to you to get help and resolve. The issues i'm having is I create the app in shopify dev but it stays in processing screen. Prior to the processing screen I get this message on a screen . i have attached the screen that appears before the coninue to process screen and have removed my shopify id out the image. Than you and I apprecite you attention to this matter. Here is the name of the agentic to which i'm using pipedream thru https://themachine.myapps.ai/auth
