Connected Zoom Admin but still missing required scopes
### Details:
The Zoom Admin account is connected but still doesn't have the required Zoom Phone scopes (phone:read:admin, phone_call_log:read:admin). You need to reconnect your Zoom Admin account and ensure that:
Your Zoom account has Zoom Phone enabled
You have admin privileges in your Zoom account
During the OAuth connection, you grant the Zoom Phone API permissions
