### Summary:
tools not available in the Pipedream interface.
### Details:
I am trying to integrate the SAP S/4HANA Cloud MCP Server with Pipedream, but I am unable to see the available tools in the Pipedream interface. I do not have an SAP account or partner access, so I am not sure if this is the reason the tools are not displayed, or if there could be another cause such as the MCP Server being outdated.
