### Summary:
Showing failed for "channel not found" even though sending

### Details:
I'm trying to send a slack private message via an action (I've tried both send a message and send a user a message), however it's showing as failed in Pipedream with the error "Channel not found", even though it's sending. The issue with this, is that it's retrying whenever it falsely fails and therefore sending the message over and over again after some time.
