[BUG] Error authorising MCP tools (10) via cursor.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'; https://mcp.pipedream.com/oauth/consent/....
2. Click on '....': Use 1-click add MCP via Cursor. Add services in screenshot, hit authorise.
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

**Expected behavior**
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Expected to proceed with connection - and be able to use MCP to call/setup these tools. The error may because I haven't connected any of the accounts before authorisation.
