Account connection failed

### Details:
A working connection (Onelogin) started failing sometime between 2025-07-11T18:07:20.691Z and 2025-07-12T13:00:09.076Z.

Attempting to reconnect and adding a new account generates the following error message:

Account connection failed

Pipedream encountered an error when connecting to your account and our Support Team has been notified. Please try again.

Clicking "Try again" returns the same error

I was able to verify the credentials are valid and able to access our subdomain
