Twilio Authenticate error, can't troubleshoot

Hi,

I'm not a developer, so tried making an AI agent to send Twilio SMS as a calendar reminder.
The agent is failing at the step of sending SMS through Twilio. It keeps returning an Authenticate error.

I have reset the Twilio connection, I've recreated the API key, I've tried different combinations of tokens in the account. Each time, when using Test Connection, it comes up green and successful, but fails in the workflow.

I've tried reviewing documentation from Twilio/Pipedream, tried web searches, tried asking the AI to fix it, but can't figure it out. Would love assistance, thanks.
