error from pipedream on setting connection

### Details:
When connecting to clio, there is an error on the pipedream side after clio authorizes. I suspect (not sure) that the clio integration you have is connected to the US server api rather than the Canadian server. If so, I would appreciate the ability in the integration to choose the endpoint for authorizations.

The API is available in four distinct data regions: Australia (au.app.clio.com), Canada (ca.app.clio.com), EU (eu.app.clio.com) and US (app.clio.com).

Being able to select the endpoint for the authorization, would be an easy fix and helpful.
