[ACTION] Picqer.com MCP server

For a future customer of our platform, we're looking for a Picqer.com integration which can do the following:

- Information Request:
Retrieve shipping status, tracking codes, and return receipts

- Execute Actions:

(Optional) Send return labels or add links
1. Send shipping requests
2. Process returns

Supported Categories:
5. Defect
6. Shipping options
11. Delivery

Additional Details:
The integration should handle shipping status inquiries, tracking code retrieval, and return receipt management. It should also support optional return label functionality and link additions.
