[FEATURE] Separate credit consumption for sub-segments of a workflow

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I'm always frustrated when I just add 1 simple action in an IF/ELSE branch but the system charges 4 credits because the general workflow required that.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
It would be great if these separate branches had their own resource assignment. Something I'm told was planned but hasn't been prioritized.

**Do you have a workaround?**
Not really. It just drives credit consumption. I'm trying to "hack" my way around it but it wouldn't be necessary if this would be supported the way it was planned.
