[BUG] reloadProps is not supported in Pipedream MCP servers

For any action / tool that uses [dynamic props](https://pipedream.com/docs/connect/components/#configure-dynamic-props), we don't currently provide a way to actually reload props to retrieve the new prop definition. This leads to tool configuration issues and impacts both Pipedream's remote / hosted MCP server, which powers everything on mcp.pipedream.com, and the self-hosted version for devs: https://github.com/PipedreamHQ/pipedream/tree/master/modelcontextprotocol
