Can no longer connect

I've already submitted this issue, but i now have additional problems. I needed to reconnect Blackbaud, it looked like anything to do with Blackbaud had disappeared from Pipedream in its entirety, so I attempted to connect by other means. A few hours later Blackbaud reappeared. Have you any idea why this happened? I've attached a brief overview of the issues. The bottom line for me is this used to work up until a few days ago and now it doesn't. The whole idea of me using pipedream is so I don't have to worry about it too much and now this is quite a big problem, it is urgent that I get it resolved.
