[FEATURE] sticky note in workflow

Currently, there's no easy way to add contextual notes to workflows or specific nodes. While Pipedream allows adding notes for individual apps, these notes are not easily accessible when building or reviewing a workflow. This makes it difficult to document the purpose of a workflow or provide explanations for complex logic within nodes.


**Describe the solution you'd like**

A sticky note feature would be extremely useful for adding additional information within a workflow. These notes should be:

- Visible directly within the workflow canvas.
- Attachable to specific nodes or floating freely.
- Expandable/collapsible to avoid clutter.
- Searchable for quick reference.
