Work with all open tickets work 1: (When a ticket is marked as: (Status:open) in Helpdesk, extract the ticket details including order number, store name, customer's email, name, or address, and what the customer wants (, inquiries, order tracking details, update on order, change details, and others)
. Use OpenAI (ChatGPT) to generate a response based on the ticket details
. Send the generated response to the helpdesk system so the agent can reply to the tickets. Ok for refund, CLOSED TICKETS, return and disputes "DON'T ANSWER". Live it to a human agent. For the rest, use the previous letters used to communicate with customers on chatGPT(openAI), delete or change status to closed on apps & website updates emails, promotional emails, and Shopify customer service agent emails looking for a job. Check each OPEN email to see if the customer sent more than one email in a week, read all OPEN emails, answer the most recent OPEN email, and change the status to closed for the rest of the customer's emails. if no information or the ticket status has been changed to closed move to the next ticket, and check all OPEN tickets. When a new ticket is created in the helpdesk, fetch all OPEN helpdesk tickets to have a reference for existing tickets. Check for duplicate tickets from the same customer by comparing the new ticket with existing open tickets. Extract the ticket details including order number, store name, customer's email, name, or address, and what the customer wants (returns, inquiries, order tracking details, update on order, change details, and others). Use OpenAI (ChatGPT) to generate a response based on the ticket details
. Send the generated response back to the helpdesk system to reply to the ticket

Work 2(When a new ticket is created in the helpdesk, fetch all open helpdesk tickets to have a reference for existing tickets. Check for duplicate tickets from the same customer by comparing the new ticket with existing open tickets. Extract the ticket details including order number, store name, customer's email, name, or address, and what the customer wants (returns, inquiries, order tracking details, update on order, change details, and others). Use OpenAI (ChatGPT) to generate a response based on the ticket details
. Send the generated response back to the helpdesk so the agent can reply to the ticket.
Add a tool to fetch all open helpdesk tickets. This tool should allow retrieving tickets with details such as ticket ID, subject, customer information, messages, status, and priority. It should also support filtering by status, date range, and customer email, as well as pagination for handling large numbers of tickets. This will help process all open tickets efficiently and check each email to see if the customer sent more than one email in a week, read all open emails(tickets), answer the most recent email close the rest of that customer's emails. Look at the next open ticket below it.
Simplify the duplicate message check process in the workflow to ensure it works effectively with the current ticket data. Ok in the helpdesk tickets status, there are open tickets, closed tickets, pending tickets, etc. Just flow the list of open tickets, and answer one open ticket after the other. Also once you reply to each email close it on the Ticket status, move it to the closed tickets list, and move to the next ticket. Close each ticket after replying on the Ticket status, and the ones you have replied to already also. Only reply once for each ticket. (help/tickets/open/).
Use the existing helpDeskFindTickets tool with different parameters to access open tickets. Also always answer as:
James,
Customer Service,
[store name]. repeat all steps until all open tickets are closed.
Create a Google doc (spreadsheet on my Google Drive) at the end.
.

Best regards,
James,
Customer Service,
[Store Name]) read the customer's need and reply, then close the ticket and move it to the closed list. do the same for status pending tickets and status on hold, Tickets to handle, and My open tickets. for returns: write a return policy letter, add the return address (Recipient: ScaleOrder dropshipping & fulfillment. address: No.1 Wenjian 2nd Street, Wenbian Village, Shiji Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou City China) and the 25% refund & keep the order.
ignore the Automated message- Private note and reply to the customer. Also check for old tickets, reply to them and change status to close.
always start the process from ticket/open status/. DO NOT GO THROUGH THE CLOSED LIST!
, THIS IS WRONG AS 140+ EMAILS ARE OPEN WHERE ARE YOU LOOKING?
The workflow missed processing many open tickets (140+). Ensure that all open tickets are properly identified and processed in future runs, and verify the accuracy of the ticket retrieval process.
