I don't have a work around. I've tried to use zoho crm app with tables scopes, or also tried redirect uri provided with crm for tables and i get pipedream error

create record with data
update records with criteria
fetch records with criteria

honestly if i can get oauth to connect the custom http requests will work, its just the authorization I'm in need of.
