[BUG] Folder reappered in the UI after deletion

**Describe the bug**
When I want to delete a folder in a project, I click on the three dots on the right side of the folder and then select the Delete option. The folder disappears for now, but when I refresh the window, it reappears.

**To Reproduce**
1. New folder in a project
2. Delete folder
3. Refresh browser

I can new workflows in the deleted folder, but I cannot rename the forder.
