Currently, Azure SQL connection does not allow Database with self-signed certificate.
Though this is needed for testing, and other apps such as Postgres database have option to allow this
**Describe the solution you'd like**
Add option on the Azure SQL & Microsoft Server SQL to allow self-signed certificate
