[FEATURE] Ecwid - Publish Pipedream app

On Pipedream, Ecwid connection popup instruct user to create an app

Though on Ecwid, there's no button to create an app (I'm on Free plan, not sure if paid user can see it)

On Ecwid marketplace, there's Zapier app that can be installed out-of-the box

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Develop and Publish Pipedream as a Public app on Ecwid
