Description
Hope to add a manual save database button，At the same time, automatic saving can also be disabled.
My database has been encrypted a lot of times，This results in a long time required for each save.
So there is an urgent need for a feature that does not automatically save，I hope to save it uniformly after multiple changes are completed.
Believe many users have encountered this problem，hope the developers can update this feature.
