Research direction
Start by reproducing the Android error with the database stored on Google Drive and the stated Multi Cipher/AES-KDF settings, then review how the app handles encryption plugins. The issue names no source files or tests; done means the Android app can open databases encrypted with the Multi Cipher plugin.
