Description
Checks
- I have read the FAQ section, searched the open issues, and still think this is a new bug.
Describe the bug you encountered:
The recent RC versions forget registered plugins after a device reboot (e.g. after the monthly Android security patch). After a reboot I have to re-register the Plugin. Not a really big deal, but annoying. This happens with KP2APlugin.
Device is a Pixel 6A with Android 13.
Describe what you expected to happen:
KP2A should remember previously registered Plugins after a reboot. This used to work with the stable version from the PlayStore.
What version of Keepass2Android are you using?
1.09e-r7
Which version of Android are you on?
Android 13 with security update from August 2023

Research direction
Start by reproducing the reboot flow on Keepass2Android 1.09e-r7 with Android 13 and KP2APlugin registered. Trace how plugin registration is retained across a device reboot; done means the previously registered plugin remains available afterward without manual re-registration.
