[BUG] Deleting Cache and Storage for App does not clear database history or backups

Describe the bug you encountered:

Ran into a corruption issue where my database ended up half the size and wouldn't recognize the password. Database backup rescued! However I was trying to check all of my backups and clear out the old versions just in case, so I renamed my files, performed comparisons and syncs on a windows desktop with the latest version of Keepass, and put them back in the Apps/Keepass4Android folder as usual.

Opened up my android (Samsun Galaxy S20 5G (SM-G981U), went to the settings of the app, and deleted the cache then the storage before uninstalling the app.

Reinstalled the app, opened it, and it had my database history with all backups still available. Opening them re-copyed them with the old names to the Dropbox folder. :(

Describe what you expected to happen:

Deleting the cache and storage of the app should have removed all configuration files, backups, and references. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app after those steps should have launched into the new user first time run experience with no saved databases, backups, or other non-default configuration values.

Reproduce on Android 13 with Keepass2Android 1.09e-r7 by deleting cache and storage, uninstalling, and reinstalling; then trace handling of database history, backups, and Dropbox references. Done means a reinstall starts with no saved databases, backups, or non-default configuration values.
