What platform are you running Path of Building on?

Windows

Is your feature request related to a problem?

With so many unique items its very hard to remember what all of them do and to check the boxes that make their special conditions activate especially when sorting uniques for damage or ehp.

Describe the solution you'd like

Id like an option to treat all item conditionals as active for example bottled faith to count as if the enemy was on conc ground, rational doctrine to show the damage bonus I would get from profane and conc ground regen, mark of the shaper to act as if I had a elder ring equiped etc.
Same for rare items too if possible.

Describe alternatives you've considered

No response

Additional context

Same idea might also be useful for the passive tree to show nodes as if conditionals where met.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by locating how item conditionals are evaluated, then determine whether the option should also cover rare items and passive-tree conditionals. Done means a user-controlled toggle consistently treats the requested conditionals as active for build calculations.
