What is the value from the calculation in-game?

When a Lightning Resistance Small Cluster has the “35% increased Effect” stat and Lightning Resistance as a suffix, the game first adds both stats together and then multiplies by 1.35.
15% + 11% = 26%
26% * 1.35 = 35.1%, rounded down to 35%.

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

In PoB, however, both stats are currently multiplied first, then rounded, and only afterward added:
15% * 1.35 = 20.25%, rounded down to 20%
11% * 1.35 = 14.85%, rounded down to 14%
Then added: 14% + 20% = 34%.

The same error occurs with all other clusters that can roll the same affix multiple times. Chaos, Fire, Cold etc.
