Cursor no longer showing in PoB window

• I'm running the latest version of Path of Building and I've verified this by checking the changelog

How is Path of Building expected to behave?

Path of Building would show a cursor in previous versions, here it no longer does.

How does Path of Building behave?

Path of Building works seemingly as intented, can still click on things or highlight etc., but can't see your cursor so it's very difficult to use the application.

Cursor does show outside of the application, and on the 'windows bar' (Using Linux Mint)

How to reproduce the issue

1. Install PoB while using Linux Mint via Wine
2. Cursor doesn't show within application.

Reproduce the missing cursor on Linux Mint using Wine, following the three-step procedure in the issue, and compare it with behavior outside the application. Done means the cursor is visible and usable inside the Path of Building window while retaining the existing click and highlighting behavior.
