Make "Save' Window Longer and Add "Sort" button

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Make the window longer and add sort button as most people enter league # and then league name which means we're always scrolling down to find the right folder. Could also consider "favorite" or "last used" folder at the top.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a "Sort" button to the "Save" window and "Save As" window when saving build. This button will remember the last know setting and re-arrange the list of folders/build-saves

Make the window larger so it's easy to find the folder that's needed.

Additional context

Start by locating the implementation of the Save and Save As windows in the desktop application. Define how folder and build-save sorting should work, how the last-used setting is remembered, and how the default window size changes; the work is done when both save windows show more items and provide the requested persistent sorting behavior.
