What is the value from the calculation in-game?

In-game when using both Ghost Reaver and Strength of Blood, the Strength of Blood does not give any additional phys reduction. Tested with desecrate, heartbound loop, devouring totem and desecrate.
No phys reduction change during leech of ES.

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

In PoB, when both Ghost Reaver and Strength of Blood are turned on, Strength of Blood still shows physical reduction, even though it is disabled by Ghost Reaver. In wiki - Ghost Reaver is considered not "Conversion" so no Life leech at all is applied and Strength of Blood Requires instances of life leech at its final phase to work (same as with Immortal Ambition when on Full Life)
Instead no Phys reduction should be shown.

How to reproduce the issue

Have Ghost Reaver Allocated.
Allocate Strength of Blood.
Strength of Blood displays Additional Physical damage reduction, but due to Ghost Reaver, it should not do so.
