Selected one of the Ngamahu placeholders and edited to be magic instead of unique, saved.
Click on Tree, get error

Start with Classes/PassiveTreeView.lua at line 749 and reproduce the crash using the linked pob.in build: edit an Ngamahu placeholder to magic, save it, and open Tree. Trace the OnFrame path around the nil title access; done means this sequence no longer raises the reported error.
