How is Path of Building expected to behave?
In all Windows (the OS) windows (the app), the close button X is in the top right corner and if you move cursor all the way up and to t he right, you will click close button.
How does Path of Building behave?
PoB have 1 pixel space between right edge of the screen and the X button so if you have any program/window running under the PoB window and you want to close PoB and move cursor all the way to the up and right, it will click the button under it and close the application under PoB

Research direction
The report concerns the Windows desktop window's close-button positioning and shows a screenshot, but names no source file, test, or entry point. Start by locating the code that lays out the application window controls; done means the X reaches the top-right screen edge without the reported one-pixel gap.
