What is the value from the calculation in-game?

Intimidating cry should give double damage to exerted attacks, aka: 100% more damage

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

As shown in the following picture: intimidating cry damage in POB
instead of giving 100% more damage it gives 200% more damage instead!
Rallying cry gives the correct example where it's damage effect is 20% more.
