Is your feature request related to a problem?
I'd like to be able to open the notes from a PoB in a separate window so i can have it in view together with the passive tree.
Describe the solution you'd like
A button inside the notes screen, or a hotkey (middle mouseclick /rightmouseclick on 'Notes'), that pops out the current notes in a separate window. In my view this window doesn't need any header or even edit functionality, it is just to have the notes available next to any of the other active screens.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The only way i know how to do this currently, is to open a new instance of PoB with the build loaded a second time on the notes window.
To me this is overkill, as a second instance eats a lot of resources.
Additional context
If the popup window would have edit functionality it would also help build makers write notes in stead of having to switch between screens all the time.
For someone like me that likes to follow a build it would help immensely being able to view the notes the maker has written together with the skills/tree/items at once.

Research direction
Start at the notes screen entry point and inspect how other active screens, such as the passive tree, are opened and kept visible. The feature is done when the current notes can be opened in a separate window alongside another screen, with editing optional as described.
