Feature Request: Tabs like in web browsers for multiple builds open at once

I'd like to be able to open up multiple builds at once in Path of Building and easily cycle through them. Currently the only solution I have to this is to open multiple instances of Path of Building and alt+tab between them.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add Browser Tabs to the top of the PoB client just like you would find in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, or any other web browser. Each tab is a new instance of PoB and will not interact with the others at all, so no complications like auto-comparing stats between two tabs that are open.

I think this is described well enough. Really just a QoL feature I've been itching for for a long time.

The issue names no files or tests. Start by locating the PoB client’s window and build-loading UI, then trace how multiple client instances are managed. Done means the client supports browser-like tabs, each with an independent build, and users can cycle between them without cross-tab interaction.
