Instilling and Enkindling Orbs on Life and Mana Flasks

What is the behaviour in-game?

You cannot use instilling or enkindling orbs on life or mana flasks in Path of Exile.

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

When crafting a rare life or mana flask in PoB there is a button to "Apply Enchantment", allowing you to pick an instilling or enkindling enchant on a life/mana flask. Which is not possible in game, and confusing if you aren't familiar with either orb in game. (I am a returning player)

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the rare life and mana flask crafting UI and its "Apply Enchantment" control, then compare the available enchantments with the in-game restriction. Done means instilling and enkindling options are not offered for life or mana flasks while valid flask enchantments remain usable.
