Is your feature request related to a problem?

I don't think so.
Possibly related to https://github.com/PathOfBuildingCommunity/PathOfBuilding/issues/2671.

Describe the solution you'd like

As far as I know it is intended that Anomalous Flame Surge enables the "Is the enemy Scorched?" option in the "Effective DPS" category of the "Configuration" tab. It would be great if that could also happen when Anomalous Flame Surge is linked to Arcanist Brand as this is often used as a supplementary damage debuff.

Describe alternatives you've considered

It is currently to possible to manually add 10% chance to Scorch Enemies to the "Custom Modifiers" textbox to achieve this.

Research direction

Start by tracing how Anomalous Flame Surge and Arcanist Brand are represented, then inspect the Configuration tab's "Is the enemy Scorched?" option and the related issue #2671. Done means the option is enabled when Anomalous Flame Surge is linked to Arcanist Brand, while the existing custom-modifier workaround remains unnecessary.
