What is the value from the calculation ingame?
In PoB Divergent Arcane cloak only calculates buff in steps of 10, so a default 20/20 gem has a buff of 15%, divergent should have (15%*1.1)=16%, an extra 10% from the quality.
What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?
In the Calcs tab it gives 465.5 extra lightning from a 4645 Guard, for a divergent gem (exactly 10%), and it gives 696.75 for the same 4645 Guard for the default gem.
If you raise the buff to 20% (through gem levels (+5 levels) and quality (+32%) ) you get 971.2 extra lighting from 4856 Guard.
