In the "calcs" section under "charms" there is no field showing the charges/s that accounts for increases and reductions to "charges gained"

Either add an additional row that shows the computed value after modifiers or adjust the existing field to show the true value

Research direction
Start in the PoE2 calculations section for charms and trace how the displayed charges/s value is assembled, including modifiers to charges gained.
