Description

Is your feature request related to a problem?

When I'm publishing a post, I want to do so quickly and efficiently; I don't have a lot of time to explore different tabs and tools in WordPress but I also want to know what's available so I can do my best work. How might you help me with these needs?

Describe the solution you'd like

When I'm authoring a new post in WordPress, I'd like a shortcut for accessing Content Intelligence.
Most people start their editing journey on the Settings sidebar (Post tab), where you cannot see PCI as an option outside of writing excerpts. Let's help people find our tools by adding a shortcut to PCI on the main Settings sidebar.

Yoast does a great job helping people navigate to their plugin tab

Yoast SEO tab when you click on Yoast call to action

Describe alternatives you've considered

Navigating directly to Content Intelligence.

Research direction

Start by locating the Gutenberg Post Settings sidebar integration and the existing Content Intelligence entry point in the plugin. The work is done when authors can access Content Intelligence from the main Post settings sidebar without navigating through another tab; no specific files or tests are named in the issue.
