Description

When Transmit zone status on serial port is enabled on EVO, I'm getting alot of Already handled ERRORs from PIRs. Guess this is not big issues, so could be prolly better to move this message into WARNING/INFO level, se we can filtr it out from logs.

Btw, thanks for the great job, I finally connect my EVO192 unit via serial over tcp with ESP01S. Had no luck with IP100 (very unstable)

Research direction

Start in PAI.paradox.lib.handlers and locate the "Already handled" message emitted for PIRs when serial zone status is enabled on EVO. Change its log severity as requested, then verify that the message is no longer emitted at ERROR level and that relevant logging behavior remains correct.
