Description
With the new text display entities comes an obvious good use case to stick components everywhere to make stuff pretty. However, I can't use adventure in the entire creation of a display entity because we do not have a colour object/interface/etc. that has transparency.

Research direction
Review the text display entity support and the existing colour-related APIs in Adventure first. Define what transparency support must cover for display entities, then verify that the resulting colour abstraction can represent the requested use case without breaking existing colour consumers.
