Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue with a datapack dimension and a world created through the Paper API, then check the dimension argument suggestion path used by commands such as /execute in. Done means API-created worlds appear in the suggestions without requiring a rejoin; verify this with the reported reproduction steps.
