Description
Is your feature request related to a problem?
I want to hide/show certain entities for a player based on a given permission.
Describe the solution you'd like.
I'd like to propose an event (e.g. PlayerPermissionRecalculateEvent) that tells me whenever the permissions of a player are being recalculated
Describe alternatives you've considered.
Periodically checking if the player is still permitted (or not) to see the entitiy
Other
Because of the event class to interface changes that are currently W.I.P I am not PRing it directly

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the player-permission recalculation flow and reviewing the event class/interface changes described as work in progress; done means the proposed event is emitted whenever a player's permissions are recalculated.
