你好，目前我遇到一个问题，安装了docker后安装适配gpu版本的paddle，我想运行项目，需要pip 安装软件包，但是公司环境在容器内部无法安装对应软件包，例如matplotlib。我要是用外部环境那就用不上paddle-gpu了，请问怎么办？
