Description
目前需要将pddleOCR转RKNN后在板端使用。按照教程需要用到1.0.3以上版本
但库中（https://www.paddlepaddle.org.cn/whl/fastdeploy.html）未发现有对应aarch64 1.0.3以上版本
是否有其他方式可以跑？
