Description

Single board spanning steptrail-mobile and steptrail-backend for unified planning.

Tasks

  • Create a user/org-level GitHub Project (Board view)
  • Columns: Backlog, To Do, In Progress, In Review, Done
  • Configure auto-add workflow so new issues from both repos land in Backlog automatically

Acceptance Criteria

  • New issues in either repo appear on the board without manual adding
  • Board is filterable by repo and by label
