Description

Describe the bug
It's currently often unclear why the data_download was activated. We should be more explicit what data was requested and what was missing.

Additionally, we should allow the user to approve the download before starting it.

Research direction

Start by searching the codebase for data_download and POSYDON_data, then trace the path that activates the download. Reproduce a missing-data request and inspect the current user-facing message and download flow. Done means the requested and missing data are explicit and the user can approve the download before it starts.
