Description

If an NN model input or output matches a ODE model species or parameter, we can already hybridize it without requiring the hybridization table.

Research direction

Start by locating the code that handles neural-network model inputs and outputs and the existing hybridization table. Trace how ODE species and parameters are matched today, then determine where matching NN inputs or outputs can trigger hybridization without table entries. Done means matching names are hybridized automatically while unrelated inputs and outputs retain current behavior.
