Research direction

Start by reviewing the package's existing model and measurement-file APIs to determine how multiple inputs are represented and where a joint parameter table belongs. The issue needs a defined table shape, behavior for parameters shared across models, and a decision on whether resolving same-ID name collisions is required before completion can be verified.
