Description
I have seven PDL modules that I'd like to transfer to the appropriate organization. PDLPorters looks like the right place, if its maintainers are interested.
The modules are:
- PDL-Fit-Levmar
- PDL-DSP-Fir
- PDL-DSP-Windows
- PDL-IO-Matlab
- PDL-DSP-Iir
- PDL-StatPhys-Cluster
- PDL-GSL-BSpline
This should be a list. But GH and my browser are misbehaving, so I am not sure:

Review the seven module repositories listed in issue #557 and the linked repository search, then confirm with PDLPorters maintainers which transfers are wanted. Follow the GitHub repository-transfer process; the work is done when the agreed modules have been transferred to PDLPorters.
